The redevelopment of the The Christine Hartland Centre is the most significant building program undertaken at St Aidan's over the past 7 years. 

When competed in 2010, it will deliver category leading facilities which will deliver long-lasting and discernable benefits to not only girls currently attending the school but also for our students of tomorrow.

The Foundation's Annual Capital Appeal in 2009 is targeting to raise $600,000 for this much needed project. In September 2008, the Foundation presented the school with $250,000 to help "kick-start" construction of the The Christine Hartland Centre redevelopment, and we are firmly committed to achieving our ambitious goal this year.

To be successful, this fund raising target needs the universal support of the entire St Aidan's community. For instance, if every family at St Aidan's donated $900 in 2009, our fund raising target will be immediately met.

As all donations made to the Annual Capital Appeal are fully tax deductible, a donation of $900 would represent an actual cash payment of only around $450 for most families (after allowing for the tax deduction).

To those that can afford to give more, please seriously consider the vital contribution to the school's progress you'll make by committing now to a larger donation.

Please help us by:

1. Making a donation now to the The Christine Hartland Centre Capital Appeal by filling out the attached form (coming soon).
2. Pledge an amount to the The Christine Hartland Centre Capital Appeal for payment over future years i.e. pledge now, pay later (coming soon).
3. If you've never donated to St Aidan's previously, make a donation to the School's Building Fund when you receive your next term's fee payment advice.
4. Talk to your friends or acquaintances within the school about what a vital contribution they could make to the new The Christine Hartland Centre.
5. Attend Foundation sponsored events as all money they raise will be directed towards the The Christine Hartland Centre.

All donations over $2,000 to the Foundation are recognised (unless otherwise notified) on the Foundation Honour Board (click here for details).
