Thank you for your interest in St Aidan's Anglican Girls' School. The following details outline how to enrol your daughter at St Aidan's.
Applications for Enrolment are considered on receipt of a completed Application Form and payment of an Application Fee of $200 (incl. GST). This is a non-refundable fee.
An online Application Form may be used, or you may obtain a copy of the Application Form by contacting the Registrar on (07) 3373 5928 , or by email at enrolments@staidan.qld.edu.au.
Students may begin at St Aidan's in any year level from Prep to Year 12. Major entry years are Prep, Year 4, Year 6 and Year 8.

Admission Procedures
- Applications for admission are considered when the Application Form for Admission to an Enrolment Waiting List, and Application Fee, are received by the Registrar. It is recommended that entry for next year be discussed with the Registrar before making application, as the Application Fee is non-refundable.
- Approximately two years before the proposed date of entry to the School, students are selected from the waiting list according to the School Council’s Selection Criteria and offers are made accordingly.
- The School Council reserves the right to change its Selection Criteria at any time without notice.
- The Criteria include: date of application, scholarship offers, whether a sibling is already at St Aidan’s, any family affiliation with St Aidan’s and transfers from an Anglican school.
The enrolment process will then involve the successful completion of the following steps:
Step 1
- Submission of a signed School Enrolment Form – Detailed Verification (in form approved by the School at that time).
- Provision of recent school report and any other relevant reports for students enrolling in Year 3 upwards.
- Interview with specialist staff where appropriate.
Step 2
- Students must have an interview with a member of the Educational Leadership Team.
Step 3
- On successful completion of the above steps you will be required to complete the School’s Enrolment Agreement Form together with payment of the prescribed enrolment fee.
